Bringing Informatics Concepts to Children Through Solving Short Tasks

Abstract

Throughout the world, educators have recognized that computer science or informatics fundamentals need to be introduced at all levels of schools.
This can be done using various approaches. One of them is an international challenge on informatics and computational thinking named “Bebras.” We are going to survey the goals of the contest and discuss some examples of Bebras tasks.
